Shipping:

As a small batch business, orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times may vary based on volume, postal delays, or other conditions beyond our control. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds:

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. If your order is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement or refund (see Return & Refund Policy).

Limitation of Liability:

Pearlie’s Southern Heritage is not responsible for any allergic reactions or misuse of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand all ingredients and allergen information prior to use.
