
Southern Charm Sweet Cornbread Pancakes
Fluffy pancakes with a cornbread twist—sweet and satisfying!
Ingredients:
- 1 batch of Southern Charm Honey Butter Cornbread Mix
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Honey or maple syrup for serving
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease.
- In a bowl, whisk together cornbread mix, egg, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour batter onto the skillet, making pancakes about 3 inches wide.
- Cook for 2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook another minute.
- Serve warm with honey butter, fresh fruit, or maple syrup.
