
Southern Comfort Oxtail & Grits
A rich and savory Southern staple with bold flavors.
Ingredients:
- 2-3 lbs oxtails (prepared using Southern Comfort Oxtail Mix)
- 1 cup stone-ground grits
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
- Prepare oxtails using Southern Comfort Oxtail Mix.
- In a pot, bring milk and water to a boil, then slowly stir in grits.
- Cook on low for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in butter and cheese until creamy.
- Serve oxtails over the grits with a drizzle of the oxtail gravy.
